Restoration of The Peacock Fountain which is being restored by funds from The West Islip Bicentennial Committee.  The work is being painstakingly done by Walter DeGroot.

Restoration of The Garden House  and cold frames was done by Matthew Nelson as an Eagle Scout Project in Spring 2005.

The Lilac Garden was restored by funds donated by The West Islip Beautification Society.

Bay Shore Garden Club, has adopted the restoration of The Gardens around the Manor.  Funds were also donated by Sue and Eugene Shreve for the restoration of  The Grounds of the manor.

The West Side of the Front Fence has been restored by donations from Community Members and The Wayside Fence Company.

Long Island Arboricultural Society donated their time on March 19, 2005 for a major cleanup of The Grounds.  Funding also donated by Sue and Eugene Shreve for the care of The Grounds.   Food was generously donated by Super Stop & Shop of West Islip and South Shore Restaurant in Bay Shore.

The Roof of the Coachman House is being restored to its original design and composition by Scott Brown, Antique Carpenter.  The materials were provided by Suffolk County.  In addition, Scott Brown donated his labor to restore The Roof of the Garden House in the Walled Garden.  The funds for the roof were provided by generous donations from the Sunday at Sagtikos Cocktail Party in 2003.
